Manik Tandon

Manik Tandon oversees the financial, operational, and administrative functions at Window Force, one of Ontario's established vinyl window manufacturers. His role spans manufacturing cost analysis, supply chain coordination, dealer network development, and the business strategy that supports Window Force's growth across Canada.

At Window Force, Manik works closely with the production and engineering teams at our 80,000 sq ft Ontario facility to ensure that every product decision — from material sourcing to glazing configuration to pricing structure — balances performance, quality, and value for homeowners, builders, and contractors.

Before joining Window Force, Manik built his career in business strategy, product management, and digital consulting across multiple industries. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and an engineering degree in Computer Science from MNNIT Allahabad — a combination that informs his analytical approach to manufacturing operations and market positioning.

Manik writes about window costs, product specifications, energy efficiency, and the manufacturing decisions that affect long-term performance — topics he sees firsthand from the production floor and the balance sheet.
