Yes. Every window produced at the Concord facility is built to the exact rough-opening dimensions submitted with the order. Window Force does not manufacture stock sizes or pre-built inventory for retail distribution. Each unit is cut, welded, and glazed to specification before shipment.
Yes. While Window Force operates primarily as a B2B manufacturer serving builders, dealers, and contractors, the company also accepts direct orders from homeowners. Frames and sashes are manufactured from lead-free uPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride). All corners are fusion-welded for structural integrity and long-term weatherproofing. The spacer system is a dual-seal, metal-free warm-edge design that minimizes heat transfer at the glass perimeter and reduces the likelihood of edge condensation.
Standard windows are produced in fixed sizes and stocked by retailers for general use. Custom windows are manufactured to the exact dimensions of a specific opening, which eliminates shimming, adapted frames, and the performance gaps that come with approximate sizing. For replacement projects with non-standard openings, or new construction where design calls for specific proportions, custom manufacturing is the correct approach.

Yes. Window Force holds ENERGY STAR Partner status and manufactures windows to meet the requirements of the Canadian ENERGY STAR program, which sets performance thresholds across climate zones. All windows also carry CSA certification and are rated to NAFS-11 structural and performance standards. Yes. Windows are manufactured at the Concord, Ontario production facility and supplied to builders, dealers, and project sites across Canada. For projects outside Ontario, buyers work through the regional dealer and freight network. Regional contact information is listed on the provincial pages.
Window Force provides a 25-year transferable warranty. Coverage runs in three tiers: full 100% manufacturer coverage for years 1-25, 80% manufacturer coverage (20% customer responsibility) for years 25-30, and 25% manufacturer coverage (75% customer responsibility) after 30 years. The insulated glass unit carries a separate 10-year non-prorated sub-warranty. The warranty transfers to subsequent owners when the property is sold.
